Image Comics’s 4-year old publication “Deadly Class” has been turned into a TV series on SyFy. The show is based on the breakthrough monthly comic written by Rick Remender that centers a secret high school in San Francisco that teaches the art of killing.
SyFy has released a ‘First Look’ at the show that combines scene clips, short interviews, and behind-the-camera footage offering a glimpse of the production of “Deadly Class”.

Executive produced by Anthony and Joe Russo who said the first time they read the book they were “blown away,” the series stars Benjamin Wadsworth (“Teen Wolf”), Lana Condor (“X-Men: Apocalypse”), and Benedict Wong (“Avengers: Infinity War”) among an extensive cast.
If you like franchises and series such as “The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” (also an Image Comics title), Netflix’s “The End of the F***ing World,” Marvel’s “X-Men,” or just about any anti-superhero film “Deadly Class” is certainly worth checking out when it premieres in 2019.
