New Movies & TV Shows on Blu-ray, 4k & Digital Aug. 29

new-blu-ray-aug-29-2017-900x600In this week’s home media releases Wonder Woman might top the charts with not much else to challenge the blockbuster film. Although Wonder Woman is available in digital formats only, fans of the movie may not want to wait until the Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray and DVD editions release on Sept. 19.

We’ve got two Ultra HD Blu-ray releases to consider today that are also the highlights of standard Blu-ray disc titles. Those movies include Baywatch starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and the DC Universe Original Movie Batman & Harley Quinn (get more details on the 4k Blu-ray releases here).

From television, Black Sails Season 4, Gotham Season 3, and the first two seasons of the original Flipper television series that premiered in 1964.

And, there are quite a few older films from the 40’s through the 90’s hitting shelves on Blu-ray, including titles such as The Ten Commandments (1956), Prizzi’s Honor (1985), and Clue (1985). Some of these films are available on high definition Blu-ray for the first time, while others have been re-released as special or commemorative editions. See an extended list below.
