Universal Pictures’ Split was on top of the box office for several weeks in a row, and soon the psychological thriller will be available in home media formats. The film will first release to Digital HD on April 4, followed by Blu-ray, DVD and On Demand on April 18, 2017.
On Blu-ray, the film will be available in a 2-disc combo pack that includes a DVD and Digital HD copy redeemable with iTunes and UltraViolet. Video is formatted in 1080p at 2.40:1 widescreen aspect ratio, backed by an English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack (as well as English Dolby Digital 2.0).
Extra bonus materials on both the Blu-ray and DVD editions include an alternate ending, deleted scenes, and featurettes “The Making of Split,” “The Many Faces of James McAvoy,” and “The Filmmaker’s Eye: M. Night Shyamalan.”
