Want to know what’s new on Blu-ray Disc this week? Warner Home Video has released Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to multiple formats including DVD, Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, and 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray. The film is also available in several retailer exclusives from Amazon, Best Buy and Target (get more details here). As a bonus, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is being sold as the Ultimate Edition that features both the theatrical version of the film and an extended cut with 30 minutes of new footage. The Ultimate Edition was released early to Digital HD, and is sure to top the charts in this week’s disc sales. Prices vary.
BBC America’s TV series Orphan Black: Season Four also hits shelves on Blu-ray. The 2-Disc edition includes all ten episodes of the hit TV show from BBC Home Entertainment’s drama, ranging from 44 to 46 minutes each for a total runtime of 460 minutes. The Blu-ray edition includes the bonus material “Back to the Beginning: Recreating Season One,” “Body Horror: The FX of Season Four,” Beth, M.K. & Ira: The Clones of Season Four,” and “Closer Look” featurettes. Price: $19.99 (SRP: $34.99)
