Happy Friday! Here’s a look at the packaging for the first four 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray discs from Lionsgate, including Sicario (2015), The Last Witch Hunter (2015), Ender’s Game (2013), and The Expendables 3 (2014). Look a little different? In order to stand out from conventional Blu-ray packaging the 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray titles come in black plastic, with the trademark “4k Ultra HD” in the top header. Notice also, the HDR label indicating sharper, brighter, and more vivid color on these discs (if you have an Ultra HD TV that supports HDR). The titles from Lionsgate also continue in the tradition of offering multiple formats, with Blu-ray and Digital HD copies included with the 4k disc.
