X-Men: Days Of Future Past – The Rogue Cut will be releasing to Blu-ray Disc and Digital HD in just a couple weeks, and Entertainment Weekly has provided a sneak peak of the new edition that features an additional 10 minutes of footage of Anna Paquin as Rogue.
When making, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, director Bryan Singer apparently shot a ton of footage with the cursed super-hero that was edited out to shorten the theatrical release and to simplify the plot. The new material makes ‘The Rogue Cut’ a must-have for X-Men fans, although one might wonder why the new edit isn’t called ‘The Director’s Cut.’
‘The Rogue Cut’ will also include 90 minutes of new, immersive material on the Blu-ray Disc. And, the new edit will be screened at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con International convention.
