Sony’s subscription-based gaming service PlayStation Now has launched on select Samsung TVs, offering access to over 100 games such as Batman Arkham City, Bioshock Infinite, Mass Effect 2, and Saints Row IV for $19.99 per month, as well as over 350 PS3 games available for individual rental. Games are playable with the PlayStation DualShock 4, and Sony suggests a constant internet connection between 5-12Mbps for seamless gameplay.
PlayStation Now titles are playable on PS4 and PS3, PSVita, and PlayStation TV, as well as select Sony Blu-ray Disc players and now, Samsung TVs. Samsung, in case you didn’t notice, is the first non-Sony product to offer the service. Although, Sony plans for PlayStation Now to be available on more devices in the future.
Sony offers a free 7-day trial of the PlayStation Now service that’s available in either a $19.99 per month subscription or a three month subscription for $44.99 (a more economical $15 per month). You can see a full list of games available at this PlayStation community post.
