In an ongoing dispute between with Turner Broadcasting, Dish subscribers stand to lose two more channels after December 5th when distribution agreements for TBS and TNT expire. The popular networks will join the already pulled eight channels that expired on October 20th. On Turner’s website SaveMyShows, the company claims its efforts to restore the channels have been “rejected at every turn by Dish leadership.” The website also provides a tool for subscribers to find other TV providers that carry the networks. For its part, Dish says Turner is “making unreasonable financial demands,” and, “refusing to extend the overall agreement.” If an agreement isn’t reached, Dish subscribers will end up losing TNT-broadcast NBA games, dramas such as Cold Justice, late night show Conan, and the animated series Family Guy. The channels Dish subscribers already lost due to expiring contracts include Adult Swim, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, CNN, CNN en Español, HLN, truTV, and Turner Classic Movies.
