The digital trilogy is available in either SD or HD (1080p) at that price, and purchase includes iTunes Extras bonus material for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises. Be sure to have plenty of room on your hard drive before downloading, however, as the digital trilogy in 1080p takes up 15.3 GB of space, while the SD version takes up 7.07 GB of space.
