Here’s 4k TV deal to consider. Panasonic has discounted the 58-inch TC-58AX800U 4k TV to $1,999 from the list price $3,299. That amounts to a savings of $1,300 off the suggested retail price — and a high quality 4k TV for under $2k.
The Ultra HD TV, from the VIERA AX800 Series of television sets, covers 98% of all professional DCI studio color standards and provides almost the same color gamut level of a plasma display. The set is THX 4k Certified, features 2400 BLS (Back Light Scanning) technology, and backlight control with Local Dimming Pro.
The 58-inch (57.5″ diagonal) display features several picture modes including Vivid, Standard, Home Theater, Cinema, THX 4K (Cinema/Bright Room), Custom, Professional1 and Professional2 (with isfccc calibration options). Viewing angle is rated at 176 degrees.
Smart TV integration is with Panasonic’s Life+Screen software, and the my Stream feature offers automatic online content recommendations.
For sound the 58AX800U includes two front slim speakers and one 75mm woofer (75 mm), providing audio in VR-Audio Pro Surround 2.1.
The discount is said to last throughout the month of October or while supplies last. Panasonic is also offering free shipping with a purchase of the TC-58AX800U from their website.
There is something brown on your nose. Is this “post an ad as an article” website? Pathetic,
When others are offering TVs at 1000$, Panasonic is offering at 2000$!
The discount is said to last until October. After than you can buy them at half-price, of course. Nobody will grow prices on 4K TVs, they are falling down extremely fast.
After trying desperate to research 4K plasma and failling, Panasonic is late to the 4K game with its TVs. And clearly its showing they are still trying to catch up.
How about HDMI 2.0 and HEVC?
