The ESPN FC Soccer & World Cup app has been updated for the 2014 FIFA World Cup beginning June 12, and will provide users with video highlights of goals and key plays following the live action, breaking news, and analysis of the matches. The reports will cover national teams from U.S., Mexico, Brazil, England, Germany, Spain and other countries represented in the World Cup.
Additional FIFA content will feature reactions from soccer personalities such as Gabriele Marcotti, Sid Lowe, Jeff Carlisle, Roger Bennett, Raphael Honigstein, Tim Vickery and Fernando Duarte.
The ESPN FC Soccer & World Cup app also provides coverage of club leagues including the Premier League, La Liga, MLS, Liga MX, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1.
Soccer competitions include UEFA Champions League, Europa League, European Championships, FA Cup, Capital One Cup, MLS playoffs, Copa del Rey, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, Copa MX, and Copa Argentina.
