HBO has released a new trailer for the upcoming of Game of Thrones season that starts with the voice of Arya Stark recounting all those she wants vengeance on. The 1-minute/40-second trailer titled “Vengeance” gives us a bit more to look forward to in Season 4, including a handcuffed Tyrion Lannister, the marriage of Joffrey Baratheon to Margaery Tyrell, and an emerging White Walker featured at the very end of the trailer. You’ll also get quick glimpse of one of Daenerys’ much-grown dragons at the 1:20 mark.
Game of Thrones Season 4 is slated to premiere on April 17, 2014 at 9 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. CT, running for a total of ten episodes. The series is based on George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series of novels.
Game of Thrones has won many awards, including Peter Dinklage (as Tyrion Lannister), winning a Golden Globe for the Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.
