Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for the upcoming film Noah starring Russell Crowe. The 2-minute/30-second trailer offers a quick look at the epic film slated to hit theaters on March 28, 2013.
Directed by Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, The Wrestler), the film is based on the biblical tale of Noah’s Ark and the flooding of the earth. The film will also star Emma Watson (Harry Potter franchise), Jennifer Connelly (Requiem for a Dream), and Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal). Noah was filmed in Iceland, as well as several locations in the US.
Other upcoming films from Paramount Pictures include The Wolf of Wallstreet, Anchorman 2, and Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones. Paramount’s Nebraska hit theaters yesterday, November 15.
