Redbox app now supports Windows 8

Windows 8 users can now download the free app from Redbox that lets you reserve movies and games for pick up at Redbox locations. With the app you can also watch trailers for the latest releases and browse through the Redbox libray of titles. The most practical feature of the app might be the Redbox location finder which could save you some drivin’ around time. The app will run on Windows 8 or Windows RT on x86, x64, and ARM processors. Keep in mind this isn’t the Redbox Instant by Verizon app that allows streaming of titles. That app is already available for Android and iOS but hopefully Windows support isn’t far behind.
