Rockstar has released the official cover art for Grand Theft Auto 5 (wallpaper/screensaver download). The next installment in the legendary open world action gaming series is due September 17 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 (PC and Wii U versions are rumored). This means consumers now know what to look for when in stores, and parents of eager 11-year-olds now have an ID on public enemy #1. The 15th game (!) in the series overall, GTA V will be set in the fictional city of Los Santos (aka Los Angeles). Rockstar says the game will be their biggest open world effort ever, with three playable protagonists focusing on “the pursuit of the almighty dollar.” There are currently two trailers and a bevy of screenshots available.
