NASA to broadcast Space Station spacewalk

On Thursday, Feb. 16 NASA will broadcast a spacewalk by two cosmonauts on the International Space Station. Russian Flight Engineers Oleg Kononenko and Anton Shkaplerov will conduct work on the Space Station, moving a 46-boom crane to a newer docking module. NASA will be begin broadcasting “Expedition 30” (including streaming on nasa.gov.ntv http://www.nasa.gov/ntv) at 7:45 a.m. CST. The cosmonauts are expected to step out into space at 8:15 a.m. CST. The walk will be the third for Kononenko, and the first for Shkaplerov. For more details on the mission expand the press release below.
