The Bourne Legacy first trailer released

Universal has released the first trailer for The Bourne Legacy, the fourth film in the Bourne franchise which takes its name from the novel written by Eric Van Lustbader. The book, of course, is based on Robert Ludlum’s series of novel thrillers about CIA operative-gone-rogue Jason Bourne. The Bourne Legacy stars Jeremy Renner (replacing Matt Damon), Rachel Weisz, and Edward Norton. The film was directed by Tony Gilroy and written by Tony Gilroy and Dan Gilroy. The Bourne Legacy will hit theaters this summer on August 3, 2012.
