Time Warner Cable NYC added three more HD channels to their lineup this week, including Oxygen HD, Sundance HD and Wedding Central HD. The added channels bring the hi-def count to 165 in TWC’s New York City market, which includes Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and western Brooklyn as well as several counties in New Jersey.
“With Time Warner Cable’s HD programming, customers receive amazing picture quality and Dolby Digital sound, along with numerous HD channels that are Start Over- and Look Back-enabled, where customers can restart a show in progress or go back up to three days to watch a program you missed,” said Howard Szarfarc, regional vice president of operations for Time Warner Cable’s East Region/NYC.
