A couple of great deals hit Amazon this week. January is a great post holiday month to catch up on some of those great games you’ve missed and save some money while doing it.
For starters, gamers can now get the Game of the Year Edition of Gears of War 2 (Xbox 360) for only $30.
The Gears of War 2 GOTY Edition comes with all of the currently available DLC and map packs pre-loaded onto the game disc. It’s a great option for gamers who are not Xbox Live members or who may not have access to an internet connection to download the extra content.
Additionally, hardcore fans of Street Fighter IV can pick up the Tournament Edition Fight Stick (Xbox 360) today for $90.
The Tournament Edition Fight Stick usually runs $150. Xbox 360 users have often noted that its standard controller’s D-Pad controls are less than desirable when it comes to fighting games. Xbox 360 owners who love the fighting genre might want to jump on this deal to save on any future frustrations.
Gears of War 2 has been rated M by the ESRB. Street Fighter IV has been rated T by the same organization.
I love fight sticks!
