AT&T launches U-verse in Charlotte and Toledo

AT&T has launched its U-verse service with 75 HD channels in Charlotte, North Carolina and Toledo, Ohio. The fiber-optic IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) service now offers U-verse TV and U-verse high speed internet as well as voice service to residents in those areas.

U-verse provides 100% digital programming, interactive features and its Total Home DVR which allows you to watch up to 4 different recorded shows at the same time with up to 3 of them in HD (High-Definition). The DVR can record 133 hours of SD (Standard-Definition) or 37 hours of HD.

AT&T recently announced it will carry the MGM HD channel, which will take over the Mojo HD channel. MGM HD is scheduled to launch on U-verse next month.
