Oceanic Time Warner offers HD in Honolulu

OC16 HD launches today in HD (high definition) on Channel 1016. Oceanic Time Warner Cable, which is the state’s largest cable services provider, announced it would also be launching the channel after converting the OC16 progamming to a high definition format.

Oceanic also said it will launch its OC16 channel in DTV (digital television) on Channel 96. The cable provider is also adding KHET on its Digital Channel 84 and KITV on Digital Channel 86.
