Check out Amazon’s Bestsellers list and you’ll find a first: the Casino Royale Blu-Ray disc comes in at #8. Sure, the Casino Royale standard DVD is #1, but this is good news for the Blu-Ray camp.
Also consider that the Blu-Ray disc is priced almost twice that of the standard DVD.
Though there are no actual sales figures noted by Amazon, the Casino Royale Blu-Ray disc is currently outselling DVDs of The Departed, Babel, An Inconvenient Truth, and Little Miss Sunshine.
As the Bestsellers list is updated hourly, it will be worth watching to see if the Casino Royale Blu-Ray disc climbs higher than #8.
