There’s something for everyone this week! John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum will likely be at the top of the charts in disc sales after it arrives on DVD, Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray, and several retailer exclusives (see all variations of JWC3 here). The new Aladdin hits stores on disc for the first time and will also be available in several Blu-ray variations including a SteelBook from Best Buy. The Dead Don’t Die from is a niche zombie film from Jim Jarmusch that will sell on Blu-ray & DVD. From television, you can pick up The Jetsons: The Complete Original Series and Season 14 of Supernatural both on Blu-ray Disc.
And, as we’ve written about before there are 16 new 4k Blu-ray releases this week and over double that amount when you count retailer exclusives. Among the new 4k BDs are upgrades to Aladdin (1992), Brave, the Cars series, Finding Dory and Finding Nemo, Inside Out, The Good Dinosaur, and Ratatouille. In addition, past films such as Casino (1995), Daybreakers (2009), and Lock Up (1989) get Ultra HD releases, along with Jurassic World: 5-Movie Collection and the Edgar Wright Trilogy with Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007).
