Oscar-winner If Beale Street Could Talk is releasing to Blu-ray Disc and DVD on March 26th. An early digital release will pre-date the discs by a couple of weeks on March 12th.
20th Century Fox has packaged the film in a 2-disc combo edition with Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Copy. The DVD is a single-disc edition, and the digital version available in SD or HD quality.
Bonus material includes deleted scenes, the featurette “If Beale Street Could Talk: Poetry in Motion,” and audio commentary from director/writer Barry Jenkins.
If Beale Street Could Talk won an Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role (Regina King) and was nominated for two others including Best Adapted Screenplay (Barry Jenkins) and Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures Original Score (Nicholas Britell).
The film was directed and written by Barry Jenkins base on the novel by James Baldwin. KiKi Layne, Stephan James, and Regina King star in the movie.
