New 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray Releases on Tuesday, Nov. 13

There are half a dozen new 4k Blu-ray titles today, if you count the Best Buy SteelBook edition of The Meg. Here’s a quick breakdown of the editions, prices and bonus features.

The Meg

The Meg SteelBook

Best Buy’s SteelBook combo edition of The Meg has exclusive artwork on the cover, back, and inside, and includes a 4k Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and Digital Copy of the film. It’s too bad Best Buy wasn’t able to squeeze in a 3D Blu-ray copy of the film which would have made this the ultimate combo for those of us who still enjoy 3D movies at home. DCU Justice League: Throne of Atlantis

The Justice League: Throne of Atlantis Commemorative Edition from DC Universe provides 4k video with High Dynamic Range (HDR10) and a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. Rambo First Blood

First Blood (1982) is the first movie in the “Rambo” franchise and is now available on 4k Blu-ray in a 2-disc combo from Lionsgate. The edition includes an Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and Digital Copy of the film. Bonus features include a new featurette “Rambo Takes the 80s Part 1” and previously released outtakes, deleted scenes, featurettes, audio commentary and more. 4k video is enhanced with HDR10 and audio provided in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1. track List: $22.99 | Price: $14.99 (Buy from Amazon)

Rambo First Blood Part II
