Adrift (2018) is a romantic adventure from Lakeshore Entertainment starring Shailene Woodley and Sam Claflin. Based on a true story, the couple sails into a catastrophic hurricane and fights to survive in the aftermath. The film is available in a 2-disc combo edition with Blu-ray, DVD, Digital Copy (with Movies Anywhere) and extra bonus material.
If you grew up watching Mr. Rogers, or just want to learn a bit about the actor, producer and musician Fred Rogers, Won’t You Be My Neighbor? takes you through the television star’s life that was dedicated to providing children’s programming. The Blu-ray Disc from Universal Studios doesn’t appear to offer any extras beyond the movie itself, but the disc is moderately priced about $17.
Hocus Pocus (1993) is a strange comedy/fantasy film from Walt Disney Pictures that stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy. The film is available in a multi-screen 25th Anniversary Edition with Digital Copy via Movies Anywhere.
And, the TV series Supernatural is going into its fourteenth season this October. In anticipation, Warner Bros. has released Supernatural: The Complete 13th Season to Blu-ray Disc in a 4-disc set with digital copies of all 23 episodes and bonus material including 5 featurettes, 2 audio commentaries, unaired scenes and gag reel.
