Warner Bros.’ Tomb Raider starring Alicia Vikander is still playing in theaters but already the Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray and DVD are available to pre-order. The movie will be released to disc formats on Tuesday, June 12th following an early digital release on Tuesday, May 29th.
Tomb Raider is presented in 1080p (Blu-ray) and 2160p (4k Blu-ray) both at 2.40:1 (16×9) widescreen resolution. Further enhancements to the 4k Blu-ray include High Dynamic Color via the Dolby Vision specification. As far as audio, the Blu-ray editions provide a soundtrack in Dolby Atmos well as DTS-HD Master Audio.
Each 2-disc combo includes a second disc (DVD or Blu-ray) and a Digital Copy that can be redeemed with Movies Anywhere. In addition, there are four special bonus features revealing the making of the film.
Tomb Raider carries a suggested retail price of $35.99 (Blu-ray) and $45.95 (Ultra HD Blu-ray).
