The Oscar nominated feature film Ferdinand (“Best Animated Feature”) is set to release to digital formats on Feb. 27, followed by Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray, and DVD on Mar. 13, 2018.
In digital formats, Ferdinand will be available in SD, HD, and UHD (depending on service), and, the Digital 4k version includes if the service supports it. (iTunes, for example, offers Ferdinand with HDR10).
On Blu-ray Disc, Ferdinand is presented in 2.40:1 aspect ratio at 1080p with an English DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 soundtrack. On 4k Blu-ray, the film is presented in 2.40:1 at 2160p with an English Dolby Atmos soundtrack.
The Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment release to home media includes extra bonus material such as “Ferdinand’s Guide to Healthy Living” with John Cena, “Confessions of a Bull-loving Horse”, a digital copy via Movies Anywhere, and more.
Synopsis
