The 5-time, Oscar-nominated film Zero Dark Thirty will be available on Ultra HD Blu-ray at stores such as Amazon and Target next month, after an exclusive release only at Best Buy last September.
Dropping on Tuesday, Feb. 27, Zero Dark Thirty is currently available to pre-order from Amazon ($30.99) or Target ($22.99), both priced higher than Best Buy where the 4k Blu-ray edition can be purchased for $21.99.
The 2-disc combo edition from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment includes both Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray copies of the film, along with a Digital Copy that can be redeemed via UltraViolet partners.
On Ultra HD Blu-ray, the English soundtrack to Zero Dark Thirty is featured in immersive Dolby Atmos audio as well as Dolby TrueHD 7.1 for systems that don’t support Atmos. The video is presented in 2160p at 1.85:1 aspect ratio with High Dynamic Range (HDR) color for 4k HDR TVs.
Extra bonus material on Zero Dark Thirty 4k Blu-ray includes previously-released featurettes “The Compound,” “Geared Up,” “Targeting Jessica Chastain,” and “No Small Feat: Making Zero Dark Thirty.”
