Sicario (2015) starring Emily Blunt, Josh Brolin, and Benicio del Toro has been released to Blu-ray Disc in a two-disc combo from Lionsgate that also includes a DVD and Digital HD copy with UltraViolet or iTunes. The BD is formatted in 1080p MPEG-4 at 2.40:1 aspect ratio with audio options in Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1. List: $39.99 Price: $22.99

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s The Walk (2015) hits shelves today on both Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray, both with Digital HD copies via UltraViolet. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the film is about tight rope walker Philippe Petit who crosses New York City’s unfinished Twin Towers in 1974. The BDs are formatted in MPEG-4 at 2.40:1 aspect ratio with a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack. List: $40.99 Price: $24.99 (Blu-ray 3D)

True Detective: The Complete Second Season

HBO’s True Detective: The Complete Second Season (2015) is now available on Blu-ray Disc in a three-disc edition that includes Digital HD copies of all eight episodes. The BDs are formatted in MPEG-4 at 1080p with a 1.78:1 widescreen aspect ratio and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack. The original HBO series was created by Nic Pizzolatto and stars Vince Vaughn, Colin Farrell, and Rachel McAdams. List: 79.99 Price: $39.99
