Want to get money back for subscribing to HBO with DirecTV? The satellite TV provider is offering a $50 prepaid Visa card for new customers who sign up between February 5th and April 15, 2015. What’s driving the incentive?
Earlier this month HBO announced the launch of their over-the-top (OTT) subscription service DIRECTV NOW that will give subscribers all access to HBO content (including the upcoming new Game of Thrones series) — no traditional TV service required. The announcement isn’t sitting well with television service providers who have long sold HBO subscriptions as premium content.
In response, DirecTV is essentially giving subscribers three months of free HBO (normally priced $17.99 per month for the suite of HBO channels) to new subscribers who sign up between the promotional period. To take advantage of the rebate customers must continue a subscription to HBO for at least three months.

I sent in my request for the $50 rebate on July 10, 2015. I sent all the correct info with the form to the address on the form. I have not received my rebate yet and today is Nov. 14, 2015. I can’t find a phone number anywhere to call to look into this. Can anyone help me to find out who to contact about the status? Thank you!
