For a limited time Disney is offering a free Digital Copy of Disney•Pixar’s hit film The Incredibles for Apple iOS users who download and install the new Disney Movies Anywhere app. The app is free, of course, and will link to your Disney email account if you already have one. If not, the app will ask you to set up a new account. When you open the app it will direct you to connect your account with Disney Movies Anywhere to your Apple iTunes account.
Once the accounts are linked, you’ll be able to play movies through both platforms, either by streaming of download. In iTunes, the title will appear as an available Apple iCloud download within the iTunes store movies section.
Disney launched the Disney Movies Anywhere app for iPhones, iPads and iPod touch devices earlier this week. The iOS-based app lets users purchase movies from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel through Apple iTunes, from a library of over 400 available digital titles. The movies can be downloaded for viewing anywhere, or streamed while connected to the internet. Apple TV users will also be able to watch purchased titles through iCloud or AirPlay.
The app also lets you redeem Disney digital copies, and earn Disney Movie Rewards points for every digital transaction. And, your purchased movies be streamed with an internet connection to PC and Mac laptops and desktop computers.
