Hulu has announced Hulu Plus has expanded its SVOD titles to over 5,300 episodes from the CBS content library, including classic TV shows from the 70’s and 80’s. Among the new titles available to stream on Hulu Plus are the classic series “Brady Bunch,” “Cheers,” “Happy Days,” “Laverne and Shirley,” “Taxi,” and “The Odd Couple.”
Popular CBS shows such as “7th Heaven,” “Everybody Loves Raymond,” “Touched by an Angel,” “Melrose Place,” “Undercover Boss,” and “United States of Tara” have also been added.
Hulu Plus is also expanding it’s kid’s library, with titles starring characters such as Charlie Brown, Dr. Seuss, Puff the Magic Dragon and Strawberry Shortcake.
Just last week, Hulu announced a distribution deal that will give Hulu Plus subscribers episodes of the CBS series “Elementary” starring Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu after the season airs on traditional broadcast television, as well as the police drama “Blue Bloods” that will launch in June.
Hulu Plus offers video-on-demand subscriptions for $7.99 per month and is compatible with PCs, tablets, smartphones and other media devices such as Xbox 360 and Xbox One, PlayStation 3 & 4, Apple TV, and Roku.
