Today, Hulu revealed it’s lineup for original series this year including the return of “The Awesomes,” “Behind the Mask,” “East Los High,” “Moone Boy,” “Quick Draw,” and “Rev.” The shows, some returning and some new, will air exclusively on Hulu and Hulu Plus.
“The Awesomes” Season Two, “East Los High” Season Two, and “Rev” Season Three will all premiere Summer 2014. “Moone Boy” will start its second season on April 24, while “Quick Draw” is slated for Fall 2014 release. The premiere date for “Behind the Mask” Season Two has yet to be announced.
New original shows include “Deadbeat” and “The Hotwives of Orlando” from Paramount Digital Entertainment. “Deadbeat,” launching on April 9, 2014, will be Hulu’s first co-production with Lionsgate Television. “The Hotwives of Orlando,” a reality TV satire from the executive producer of Adult Swim’s “Children’s Hospital,” will launch in 2014 but an exact date has not been announced.

We’re excited to offer our users an exclusive variety of distinctive, smart, and entertaining shows in 2014 that showcase some of the best talent making television today, both in the U.S. and around the world,” said Charlotte Koh, head of development, Hulu Originals.
This year, Hulu’s international lineup will also expand with episodes of the original Scandinavian version of the drama series “The Bridge,” and the Canadian reality dance drama “The Next Step” which the company acquired from BBC Worldwide North America.
Other shows returning exclusively to Hulu include “Fresh Meat,” “Pramface,” “Elite New Face,” Line of Duty,” “Moody Family” and “The Only Way is Essex.”

“The Awesomes” Season Two

“The Awesomes” is an animated show for adults that combines the thrills of comic book storytelling with the irreverent and inspired comedy that is the hallmark of show co-creators Seth Meyers and Michael Shoemaker (“Late Night with Seth Meyers”). It is the story about the greatest superhero team in history, The Awesomes, and what happens after all the most powerful members leave. Season two is set to feature new supervillains and superheroes as the team takes on new challenges, which might include an unexpected love triangle, under the leadership of Professor Doctor Awesome (“Prock”), voiced by Meyers. “Behind the Mask” Season Two

Acclaimed docuseries “Behind the Mask,” created by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Josh Greenbaum (“The Short Game”) and Occupant Entertainment, will once again take viewers on a behind-the-scenes adventure into the world of being a sports mascot, capturing their triumphs and disappointments experienced both inside and outside the suit. “The Bridge”

A woman is found murdered in the middle of the Øresund Bridge – right on the border between Sweden and Denmark.
