HBO has revealed some footage of the upcoming Season 4 of Game of Thrones in a 2013 “Yearender” video posted on YouTube. The video first shows clips from HBO’s 2013 television programming, including Game of Thrones Season 3. But jump to minute 1:37 and HBO gives you a “Coming in 2014” headline, followed by footage of upcoming programming including a few seconds of Game of Thrones Season 4. There’s not much to see, but a little bite of Season 4 is more than nothing. The video also includes footage from the next season of Girls, Veep, and Vice, as well as new series The Leftovers, True Detective, Looking, and Silicon Valley.
As with previous seasons, 10 episodes of Season 4 of Game of Thrones are slated to air in 2014. The last episode, and season finale titled “Mhysa,” aired on June 9, 2013. Check out the video from HBO below and let us know what you expect from Game of Thrones in Season 4.
