M-Go is offering free streaming of the hit comedy Bridesmaids starring Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph. The film can be streamed on most web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari, as well as iPads and supporting Android tablets. VIZIO Smart TVs, Samsung Smart TVs, and VIZIO Co-Star players also support the M-Go service.
Bridesmaids was chosen through a social media campaign that asked users to pick a favorite title from a list of hit movies. To get the free rental in SD or HD, you’ll need to have an M-GO account. And, unfortunately you’ll also need to enter your credit card information. Once that’s settled, you can find Bridesmaids by using the search box, click ‘Rent’, and enter the promotion code ‘MGOBrides’ to see the rental charge disappear.
The free streaming of Bridesmaids is available until Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013.
To promote the service, M-GO is offering .99 SD, or $1.99 HD movie rentals for the first 30 days by using the promo code ‘MGOSD’ for Standard Definition or ‘MGOHD’ for High Definition quality.
M-GO recently announced rollout of the streaming service to VIZIO Smart TV platforms, VIZIO Internet Apps, and VIZIO Internet Apps Plus.
A joint venture between DreamWorks Animation and Technicolor, M-GO is a non-subscription pay-as-you-go service that lets you rent or purchase movies and TV shows on multiple platforms. M-GO can also link to your UltraViolet account so you’ll be able to stream your already purchased titles from within M-GO, if you like.
