Xbox’s Major Nelson has beaten every YouTube geek to the punch with the first unboxing video of the Xbox One, and the 3:32 segment shows yet another (necessary?) position reversal by Microsoft on the forthcoming product. In June the company announced that headsets would not be included with the console, but in the video Major Nelson indicates otherwise, showing off a mono chat headset with inline audio controls and improved audio quality for in-game chat. This is good news.
UPDATE: Via Twitter Major Nelson confirmed the Xbox One will come with two AA batteries. “One thing I forgot to mention in the #XboxOne unboxing: 2 AA batteries for the controller are included in the box,” said Nelson.
