Starting earlier today Time Warner Cable welcomed subscribers to access entertainment, news, and sports programming via Apple iOS mobile devices away from home. Subscribers will need a Wi-Fi connection to watch the content, which includes Live TV On The Go and over 1,100 titles from TWC’s On Demand library. The updated app (Version 3.2.0), is available to download from the iTunes Store and supports iPad, iPad Mini, iPhone and iPod iTouch devices.
“The release of this TWC TV update is the next natural step towards our goal of giving customers even more of the content they love on every screen,” said Mike Angus, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Video for Time Warner Cable.
The TWC TV app for iPad, iPhone, and iTouch is a 17.9 MB download.
