If you’re not up to speed on DIRECTV’s package add-ons, the HD Extra Pack includes 9 HD channels and normally costs an additional $4.99 per month. Along with the channels, you also get access to HDNet Movies on Demand (Ch. 1561), SONY Movie Channel HD on Demand (Ch. 1563), Smithsonian HD on Demand (Ch.1565) and SHORTS HD on Demand (Ch. 1568).
