If you missed the price drops on Bond 50: The Complete 22 Film Collection around last fall’s Black Friday, now might be a good time to pick it up. Amazon has the complete collection of James Bond films for $129.99 this week, a savings of $170 of the list price of $299. ‘Bond 50’ contains 22 of the franchise films since 1962, and nine of those titles (Goldeneye, Octopussy, The Spy Who Loved Me, You Only Live Twice, The Living Daylights, Tomorrow Never Dies, Diamonds are Forever, A View to a Kill and On Her Majesty’s Secret Service) were never before available on high-definition Blu-ray until this release. The boxed set also contains a 23rd disc loaded with extras such as “The World of Bond” and “Being Bond.” All in all, ‘Bond 50’ is supplemented with 130 hours of extras, and even leaves an open sleeve for the release of the 23rd Bond film Skyfall.
