Lenovo will introduce a 27-inch table computer (which looks more like a supersized tablet) called the IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC at CES 2013 this week. The company calls the Windows 8-based PC it’s first “interpersonal PC,” allowing two or more people to use the multi-touch screen at the same time. The PC opens up doors for collaborative learning and gaming, and even comes with four joysticks and e-dice (check out the pic below) to combine physical devices with screen interaction. What types of games can you play? Lenovo says their Horizon Table PC comes pre-loaded with MONOPOLY, FishingJoy, Draw Race 2 HD, and other entertainment and educationcal games from companies such as Electronic Arts, FableVision, Ubisoft, and others. The Lenovo App Shop also provides access to over 5,000 games via IntelApp. Under the hood of the Horizon you’ll find an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, Intel Core i7 processor, and speakers supporting Dolby Home Theater v4 audio. The IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC (which could use a more “family-friendly” name), will start shipping next summer starting at $1,699. At CES, Lenovo is also showing off a 39-inch wide-screen Table PC under the code name “Gamma.”
