‘The Expendables’ 2 Blu-ray, DVD & UltraViolet release date announced

Lionsgate has announced The Expendables 2 home media release date will be November 20, 2012. The film will be available in a Blu-ray edition (MSRP: $39.99) that includes a Digital copy and Ultraviolet license to download from the cloud. The Expendables 2 will also include several behind-the-scenes featurettes, audio commentary with director Simon West, gag reel, and deleted scenes. What’s most special about this Blu-ray release, however, is the 11.1 channel NEO-X audio format which exceeds the hard-to-find 7.1 DTS HD format only found on some Blu-ray prints. The Expendables 2 will, of course, also be available on DVD (MSRP: $29.95), On Demand and Pay-Per-View.
