Dish subscribers can stream AMC ‘Breaking Bad’ premiere

Dish dropped AMC channels early this month, but all is not lost for Breaking Bad fans. AMC says it will provide Dish Network subscribers with a live internet stream of the Season 5 Premiere. Starting this Friday, July 13, Dish Network customers can register for the live stream at http://amctv.com/breakingbad4dish in order to view Breaking Bad when it broadcasts on Sunday, July 15 at 10pm Eastern. AMC isn’t exactly offering the stream forgivingly. In a statement the network says the move gives “Dish customers an extra week to switch providers so they can enjoy the rest of the season.” What’s interesting though is the registration process doesn’t actually validate whether the user is a Dish subscriber or not. This means virtually anyone who wants to view the premiere of Breaking Bad on Sunday can, if they want to, watch it online.
