This 1996 horror flick tells the tale of a morals-lacking lawyer who gets cursed by a creepy old dude. The curse? Rapid and excessive weight loss. I know, right? Totally a blessing to most people, including the cast of The Biggest Loser and Roseanne. Adapted from the 1984 King novel (which he wrote under the pseudonym Richard Bachman), Thinner stars Robert John Burke (Robocop 3) and Joe Mantegna (Criminal Minds), along with Kari Wuhrer (remember her from Remote Control?) as your eye candy. Sugested list price is $29.95, but if this thing isn’t $8.99 by Thanksgiving, I will starve myself (of candied yams).
