Sony’s Crackle service has expanded to Canada, the company announced today. Crackle is an ad-supported video service offering movies and TV shows over the internet, and supported within Sony Blu-ray players, BRAVIA HDTVs, and other media players such as Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Mobile apps are also available for Apple iOS and Android devices. The titles available on Crackle are selected from from several studios including Columbia Pictures, TriStar Pictures, Screen Gems and Sony Pictures Classics.
Several of the titles being offered in Canada include:
- Air Force One
- Big Daddy
- Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
- A Few Good Men
- The International
- “Jackie Chan Adventures”
- “SWAT”
- “The Jeffersons”
- “Charlie’s Angels”
- Animax – including 60 hit Anime titles such as: “Samurai X,” “Blood+” and “Kurozuka”
