Sony Pictures has released a trailer for the upcoming remake of Total Recall. The film stars Colin Ferrell, Kate Beckinsale, and Jessica Biel with screenplay by Mark Bomback. Total Recall was inspired by Philip K. Dick’s short story “We Can Remember It For You Wholesale.” The 1990 film starred Arnold Schwarzenegger as Hauser, a man who goes takes what he thinks is a virtual vacation to Mars. Total Recall the remake opens in the U.S. on Aug. 5, 2012.
