Now on Blu-ray: The Lion King, Fast Five, Pulp Fiction

This week The Lion King is the king of the jungle, at least by the amount of Blu-ray Disc editions that are available. Don't be confused when you're faced with deciding between a Two-Disc Diamond Edition, Four-Disc Diamond Edition, Eight-Disc Combo, and Two-Disc Diamond Edition in DVD packaging (DVD, what the hay?).

‘Dark Souls’ for PS3 & Xbox hits stores

From Software's Dark Souls is now available for PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles from publisher Namco Bandai Games. The title is available as both a Standard edition and Collector's Edition which includes a limited edition art book, mini-strategy guidebook, behind-the-scenes video footage, and a digital copy of the soundtrack.

Leaked video shows new Xbox Dashboard in motion

It’s been widely rumored that the new Xbox Dashboard will be unveiled November 15, and now there’s some leaked footage of what it may look like. This two-minute YouTube clip shows the new tile-laden layout - Microsoft’s Metro user interface - which can be seen on their Windows smartphones and in the upcoming Windows 8. AT&T pulls plug on NHL Network

AT&T U-verse customers who are hockey fans might not have NHL Network when the regular season starts on Oct. 6, after the two companies were unable to reach an agreement. AT&T says they were unable to reach a "fair, long-term deal" with the network which lead them to pull the plug last Saturday, Oct. 1.
