DIRECTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket now on PS3

It’s one pricey app. But, if you don’t have DIRECTV and you want NFL’s Sunday Ticket through your PlayStation 3 it will cost you $339.95. Well, it’s not actually the app that costs that much, it’s the season pass. The app is free. The DIRECTV launch is part of a strategy to get more NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers outside their satellite TV base. To take a look, use the XrossMediaBar on your PS3 and look for TV/Video Services icon under the My Channels category. You can also download the app from the PlayStation Store. Sunday Ticket is also available to watch on smartphones, tablets and PCs, of course, with a subscription.
