If you’re a football fan and Charter customer you’ll be happy to know NFL Network and NFL RedZone will soon be available through Charter’s Digital View Plus tier and Charter sports tiers. The networks will be available next month, although Charter didn’t indicate a specific day. “Next month” would also indicate start date would miss most of the pre-season games, scheduled from Aug. 11 through Sept. 2.
However, with the regular season starting on Sept. 8 with New Orleans vs. Green Bay at Lambeau Field, you have plenty of time to sign-up. If you already have Charter’s Digital View Plus tier or other sports package you might want to call Charter to be sure you’ll get the channels.
With coverage of eight live regular season games, NFL Network is a must-have for NFL fans. NFL Redzone is great for those only interested in redzone play, and essentially does the channel surfing for you. Both channels are broadcast in both standard and high definition (although HD carriage may vary according to provider).
