Verizon and Starz Entertainment came to a multiyear agreement to continue offering Starz channels and to expand channel offerings for FiOS TV customers. The Starz channels will be offered in both SD and HD, and the agreement includes Starz Entertainment VOD channels.

Netflix has acquired distribution rights to all four seasons of "Mad Men," the company announced yesterday, and will begin streaming episodes on July 27, 2011. The four seasons of the award-winning TV show are currently available to rent in disc format only on both DVD and Blu-ray Disc.
